The EU Commission informs that Madagascar, within the framework of the ESA (Interim Agreement Establishing a Framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between Eastern and Southern African States on the one part and the European Community and its Member States on the other part), will apply the Registered Exporter System (REX) with effect from 01.01.2023.
