The Court of Appeal of The Hague rules that X does not provide evidence for the work performed by him and the correctness of the turnover tax returns made. The additional tax assessment and misdemeanor fine are justified. The Supreme Court declares the appeal in cassation unfounded without further motivation (art. 81 paragraph 1 RO Act).
