Comments on ECJ C-516/21: Also VAT exemption for machines and equipment when renting a turkey rearing house according to AG CJEU

Advocate General Pitruzzella concludes that the rental of a turkey rearing house, including tools and machines, is entirely exempt from VAT. It is important that these tools and machines form the specific equipment of the house with regard to its function as rearing house.
