Belgium published the Law of 20 November 2022 on miscellaneous tax and financial provisions in the Official Gazette on 30 November 2022. As previously reported, the law includes amendments to the statutes of limitations periods for investigations and assessments, as well as changes in late payment/refund interest and the special contribution for social security.
