By Council Implementing Decision (EU) No. 2022/2254 of 14 November 2022, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 17 November 2022, the Council of the European Union authorized Bulgaria to introduce a special measure of derogation from Article 287 of Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax.
