Medical benefit – VAT: Judgment of the CJEU of November 24, 2022
The Court of Justice of the European Union has once again considered, in response to a preliminary question, the interpretation of the VAT exemption applicable to healthcare services. The dispute opposes a Hungarian insurance company to the Hungarian national tax and customs administration.
