The Regulation of the Minister of Finance of September 29, 2022 was published in the Journal of Laws, amending the regulation on exemptions from the obligation to keep sales records using cash registers. The regulation provides for the postponement until February 1, 2023 of the obligation to record with the use of cash registers for washing, cleaning cars and similar services (PKWiU 45.20.30.0), including using devices operated by the customer, which accept the payment in coins in a maintenance-free system or banknotes or other form (non-cash).
