The Ministry of Finance has published “Tax clarifications on VAT groups of October 11, 2022”, which take into account a number of changes and demands reported during public consultations. It is worth getting acquainted with this document, which indicates how the regulations regarding the creation, operation and settlement of the VAT group, i.e. several related entities registered as a new VAT payer and jointly settling this tax, should be applied.
