Democratic Republic of the Congo issued an Official Communique on 22 September 2022, announcing that taxpayers under the management of the Directorate of Large Companies are required to submit tax declarations (returns) electronically with effect from 1 October 2022. From this date, no physical (paper) return will be accepted, except in the event of a proven technical problem with an electronic submission that is notified to the tax authorities.
