It is now possible to make a free appointment online for personal assistance at a tax office or support center. This can be done via the contact page of the website of the Tax Authorities.
“This channel clearly meets a need to self-manage contact with the tax authorities. It also lowers the threshold for this,” according to the Tax and Customs Administration.
