The Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) may prolong the VAT exemption on the delivery of software goods from January 1, 2023, until January 1, 2028, in accordance with Bill No. 7611. The country’s achievements in European and global leadership in the IT sector are the primary goal of the proposed law.
