Election campaign with 4% VAT rate

The N. 18 of Table A, part II, attached to Presidential Decree 633/72, provides for the rate
of 4% for “typographic and similar material relating to electoral campaigns if
commissioned by candidates or their lists or by parties or opinion movements politics”
