IMF recommends Saudi NOT to reduce the VAT rate

IMF recommends Saudi NOT to reduce the VAT rate again, despite a rosy fiscal outlook. The Ministry had said though that it would consider reducing the rate again within 1-5 years of raising it from 5 to 15%.
