The Tax and Customs Administration has clarified the scope of application of the new disclosure obligation. It was previously unclear whether those obliged to keep records also had to provide data from entrepreneurs who are exempt from turnover tax. The latter will especially play a role if you are active in the public sector. The Tax and Customs Administration has now clarified that under the new disclosure obligation, the data of VAT-exempt entrepreneurs must also be supplied.
