The government aims to ensure that the tax reduction of the VAT benefits the end user in full. Energy suppliers have stated that they will make every effort to make the VAT reduction visible to consumers in their monthly advances as early as 2022 (to a greater or lesser extent). That is what State Secretary Van Rij of Finance writes in response to parliamentary questions.
