On 7 July 2022, the Netherlands published the Additional Fiscal Purchasing Power Measures Act 2022 in the Official Gazette. The Act provides for the implementation of the measures announced by the government in March 2022 to help mitigate the consequences of rising energy prices and persistent inflation.
