The increase in the consumption tax on non-alcoholic drinks from 1 January 2023 also applies to the tax on mineral waters. That is what State Secretary Van Rij of Finance writes in response to parliamentary questions. Members Van der Laan and Romke de Jong (both D66) had asked questions about the sugar tax.
