The European Commission has launched a public consultation on a draft implementing regulation for Amending Directive (EU) 2021/514. The directive, approved and published in March 2022, amends Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation with regard to the exchange of information on the income generated by sellers through digital platforms (DAC7).
