The District Court of The Hague has decided that there are no objections or appeals against the withdrawal of a VAT identification number. The interested party is, among other things, an artist and does not make the intention to engage in economic activities plausible. X has not realized any turnover for 12 years, does not advertise and the administration has been lost.
