Company canteens and meal vouchers: VAT differentiated according to the means of payment chosen by the worker

Same service, same supplier, but two different VAT rates depending on the payment instrument used by the worker. This is what the Inland Revenue claims in response no. 231 of 2022 to an appeal placed by a catering company.
