Annual subscriptions can be taken out at A BV for different types of sailing yachts (fractional sailing). Each subscription refers to a specific boat and there are a maximum of 6 regular subscribers/users per boat. All costs (port dues, insurance, maintenance) are included in the subscription price. A BV also ensures the presence and quality of safety equipment on board and offers assistance with questions or calamities. The subscription price depends on the type of boat and the number of sailing days. If the vessel cannot sail for more than four weeks, A BV must provide a comparable replacement vessel. Each month the subscriber chooses which days he wants to sail via an online booking system. The ships are waiting “ready to sail”, the subscriber does not need to arrange anything further. A BV rents permanent berths in marinas for the yachts.
