Palm oil fractions are excluded from the list of food products subject to VAT at a rate of 10%

Recall that palm oil itself was excluded from the preferential list back in 2019. Accordingly, after the entry into force of the new resolution (that is, from 07/01/2022), the 20% VAT rate will be applied to the sale and import of both palm oil and its fractions.
