ECJ Customs C-415/20 (Gräfendorfer Geflügel und Tiefkühlfeinkost) – Interest on export refund and duty repayments

ECJ ruled that taxpayers have a right to interest when duty has been collected in breach of EU law, and the exception in the UCC does not apply where EU law has been breached.
