There are several options for submitting a VAT return for a deceased entrepreneur with a sole proprietorship or a self-employed person. For example, relatives can request an authorization from the Tax Authorities and submit the VAT return with their own DigiD. That is what State Secretary Van Rij of Finance answers to questions from MP Nijboer (PvdA).
