The Decree with an explanation of the scope and application of Table I to the Turnover Tax Act 1968 has been amended.
This table includes goods and services for which the reduced VAT rate applies. This decree is an update of the decree of 22 December 2017, no. 2017-16288 (Turnover tax. Explanation of Table I). The decision will enter into force on 20 April 2022.
