VAT rate increase from 25% to 26% on electronic communication services as of May 1, 2022

The Government of Belarus has recently increased certain tax rates, including:

• An increase in the VAT rate from 25% to 26% on electronic communication services supplied by internet service providers and mobile communication operators with effect from 1 May 2022;
