Presentation VAT Expert Group – Fuel cards subgroup – Case C-235/18 Vega International

A Subgroup of the VAT Expert Group prepared a presentation with their opinion on the interpretation of the decision by the ECJ in the case C-235/18 VEGA International. A delegation of the VAT Expert Group has presented their findings to the EU VAT Committee on March 28, 2022.
