How AUTO RETURN works
Automation covers VAT refunds up to the amount of PLN 5,000. PLN and returns of overpayments PIT-37 up to the amount of 5 thousand. PLN from the declarations submitted by the Your e-PIT service.
Benefits for taxpayers
The AUTO RETURN system shortened the time of handling the declaration and accelerated the tax refund. This contributes to the improvement of taxpayers’ financial liquidity. Automatic returns also reduce the customer’s contacts with the tax office, thanks to the use of information and data by the office.
Until March 18, 2022, 1,030,085 PIT overpayments and 105,907 VAT refunds were automatically made.
