At the request of taxpayers and in dialogue with business, it is working on solutions that postpone by 2.5 years the obligation for entrepreneurs to ensure cooperation between online cash registers and payment terminals – as of January 1, 2025 – the Ministry of Finance announced on Tuesday. Until the end of 2024, the fine of PLN 5,000 will not be applied. PLN to entrepreneurs who will not introduce this.
