The Court of Appeal of The Hague has ruled that the principle of reasoning has not been violated. It has been pointed out to X that the VAT is not deductible and will be levied afterwards. The Supreme Court declares the appeal in cassation without further motivation unfounded (art. 81 paragraph 1 RO Act).
