Reason for force majeure: hospitalization due to covid-19 for cancellation of fine overdue VAT return

In a recent decision, TEN accepted the taxpayer’s appeal and wrote off the fine of 100.00 euros for late (by two days) submission of a VAT return, due to his illness with covid-19 during the deadline for submission.
