Kyrgyzstan’s New Tax Code Signed into Law Including Two Main Tax Regimes, VAT Requirements for Foreign Electronic Service Providers, and Other Changes

The Kyrgyzstan State Tax Service has published the text of the new Tax Code, which was signed into law by the president on 18 January 2022. A separate release published on the president website provides an overview of some of the key aspects of the new Tax Code.
