EU institutions will be able to obtain a VAT refund on purchased services and goods if they have their registered office or representative office in Poland. The reimbursement will therefore be due, among others The European Commission. The new regulations are to enter into force on January 1, 2022. The regulation is already published in the Journal of Laws.
