The Federal Tax Service of Russia on its official website reminded taxpayers of the innovations in tax legislation regarding VAT, which will come into force on January 1, 2022. So, in particular, operations for the sale of breeding fish, embryos and threshers obtained from breeding fish are exempted from taxation (subparagraph 35, paragraph 3 of article 149 of the Tax Code as amended by Federal Law No. 308-FZ of July 2, 2021 , hereinafter – Law No. 308-FZ).
