Entrepreneurs who have received an additional assessment for VAT due to non-compliance with returns for the third quarter of 2021 or for September 2021 (date 25 November 2021), but who have submitted a return on time and have received a confirmation of receipt, can consider it as not sent. The entrepreneurs do not have to pay the fine on the assessment.
