From next year, logging into the DAC6 data portal will only be possible with eHerkenning level 3 or higher. This is announced by the Tax Authorities. Tax advisors can, among other things, report a cross-border arrangement (MDR/DAC6) in the portal. In addition to eHerkenning, logging in is also possible with a username and password. That will end on January 1, 2022.
