No VAT deduction granted on the basis of incorrect statements made by the Tax and Customs Administration

The Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal does not grant an appeal to the principle of confidentiality. Statements made by the Tax Telephone, during a starters day and telephone contact about the VAT deduction in the declaration 1e quarter 2017 are not made plausible.
