| Article 1. Amendment of Article 19 |
| 1. Article 19 (3) (1) is replaced by the following: |
| “1) from 2022. May 1 thermal energy supplied for the heating of dwellings (including heat transmitted through a hot water supply system), for the preparation of hot water or cold water supplied to dwellings for hot water and for heat used to heat this water; ‘. |
| 2. The following point 4 is added to Article 19 (4): |
| “4) until 2022. May 1 thermal energy supplied for the heating of dwellings (including heat transmitted through a hot water supply system), for the preparation of hot water or cold water supplied to dwellings for hot water and for heat used to heat this water; ‘. |
| 3. The following point 5 is added to Article 19 (4): |
| “5) until 2022. May 1 natural gas supplied to household energy consumers as defined in the Law on Energy of the Republic of Lithuania. ”. |
| Article 2. Entry into force and implementation of the law |
| 1. This Law, with the exception of paragraph 2 of this Article, shall enter into force on 2022. January 1 |
| 2. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania until 2021. December 30 adopt legal acts implementing this Law. |
| I promulgate this law adopted by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
