The Isle of Man Treasury has issued a release on changes in the disclosure of avoidance schemes for VAT and other indirect taxes with effect from 1 November 2021. As part of the release, reference is made to UK HMRC VAT Notice 799, which explains the changes as already introduced in the UK from 2018.
