Poland starts pilot for X-border rulings – Who are the other Member States who joined this initiative?

Poland indicated that it would start a pilot on X-Border Rulings (see link).

Unfortunately, not all EU Member States have joined the X-border rulings initiative, the 17 countries who are participating are:

Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Estonia, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Finland and Sweden.
