The Polish Deal Project provides for the possibility of creating VAT groups. This solution is aimed at simplifying settlements between entities belonging to one group and, in the intention of the legislator, contribute to the increase in the competitiveness of the Polish tax system in relation to other European Union countries where similar solutions already exist – write ALTO experts.
