If you are registered as a VAT payer in Poland, you need to validate business partner details, such as tax registration numbers (NIPs) and bank accounts, using the List of VAT payers (biała lista) based on Polish legal requirements. The list is required by Polish tax authorities and published in a daily basis.
The good news is that you can use online validation service – list of VAT payers to help you on this requirement.
This solution is currently available in SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and you can use this in different business scenarios:
- When you maintain business partner
- When you create or change financial postings
- When you create automatic payment
