New forms of VAT tax reporting and tax invoice have been approved, which contain lines and columns designed to display information on taxpayers’ transactions for the supply of certain types of agricultural products subject to VAT at a rate of 14 percent.
From March 16, 2021, taxpayers will be able to register tax invoices / calculations of adjustments to tax invoices in the Unified Register of tax invoices, which are subject to compilation of operations for the supply of certain types of agricultural products, carried out from 01.03.2021.
The relevant order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 01.03.2021 № 131 “On Amendments to Certain Legal Acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine” was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 11.03.2021 under № 310/35932.
