Reduction of the taxable base for one transaction cannot be taken into account when calculating the taxable base for another transaction

On March 11, 2021, the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) ruled in the Firma Z case  (C-802/19) with respect to the reduction of the taxable base.
