Ruling no. 128 clarified that the favorable VAT regime introduced by art. 124 of Legislative Decree 34/2020 can be used for the sale of ecotomographs also intended for veterinary use. The aforementioned regime currently provides for the application of the 5% VAT rate (no. 1— ter] of Table A, part 11— bis, attached to Presidential Decree 633/ 72 ).
