The Zeeland-West-Brabant District Court ruled that X bv wrongly applied the 0% VAT rate for the supplies of gas oil to Q BVBA. X bv does not have the freight documents for the transport of the gas oil. Nor does it make plausible that the gas oil was transported to Belgium.
