Annual Tax Act 2020 : New rules for the reduction of the tax base and for reverse charge

The latest draft of the German Annual Tax Act 2020 includes a reduction of the VAT base due to price reductions and price refunds. The Annual Tax Act also foresees that the reverse charge mechanism also applies to telecommunications services
