Companies do not know how to apply the rules on invoicing receipts for transactions up to PLN 450. The National Revenue Information has contradictory interpretations and the available explanations did not help much. Shops, on the other hand, do not know how to document sales, and their customers have problems with tax deduction. Changing the rules is necessary – and fast.
