Zero percent VAT on donations of computer equipment to schools is possible again

• The restored option to cover the equipment with the “zero” VAT rate applies to laptops and tablets for schools.
• The preference covers other types of equipment, including desktop computers, printers and devices for the blind.
• The preferential VAT rate is effective from September 1 until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The Minister of Finance, Funds and Regional Policy signed an ordinance on this matter.
