VAT for e-commerce 2021: Draft amendment to the VAT Act providing for changes in the taxation of the e-commerce sector published

On October 29, 2020, on the website of the Government Legislation Center, a draft amendment was published, including the VAT Act, which provides for changes in the VAT taxation of the e-commerce sector from July 1, 2021. The draft is currently at the consultation stage.
